We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain large furniture items.
Do I need to assemble my furniture upon arrival?
Many of our iconic chairs, such as the Aeron and Embody, arrive fully assembled. For desks and larger storage units, we offer White Glove Delivery which includes professional on-site assembly and packaging removal.
