Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid FedEx or white-glove shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
